Did Lord Lucan have plastic surgery?

New evidence has recently come to the attention of www.lordlucan.org that Lord Lucan had plastic surgery after he disappeared on the night of Sandra Rivett's murder.

Our correspondent suggested:

"I have a medical record of his surgery performed by my surgeon father. I think this record would identify anyone - scars round the nostrils and inside."

Does anyone else have other information?
