The Editor of Lord Lucan My Story takes London by storm

Lord Lucan was sighted in London on Wednesday 9th July 2009.  Or was he?  Like many other sightings over the last thirty-five years, it could be the case that this was someone else, just masquerading as Lord Lucan.   This looks remarkably like his editor, William Coles, on the fourth plinth at Trafalgar Square.
